Update issues...go into storage in settings, delete completely and retry.

On some i-pads the update gets stuck. 1st, 2nd and third tries got stuck at waiting and left a grey patterned icon on the screen with the word updating below. Next try left it stuck on loading only. Final tried to delete the icon off the screen, got the message about deleting data and clicked delete and it refused to go. Tried to repeat and the "x" you click on was not there even. Finally went into storage usage to see if I could get rid of it from there....success. Reloaded app and it is now on the screen....have not been able to test this yet for classroom usage since trying to update wasted valuable time today.
