Downloaded talks video/Audio sync problems

Love the talks but he app has the following issues...

iOS9 and iPad Pro. The longer the talk the more the audio and video get out of sync.

HD downloads take forever.

It isnt obvious which talks have been viewed.

The delete function with the pen symbol and delete symbol next to each talk is clunky

Need to be able to sort downloaded talks my way
